JADE + CLINT

Jade and Clint both have Hawaiian roots and Ohana is core to their union and naturally, they love to host. There were no matching linens or identical floral arrangements - they wanted every table to feel unique in some way.

In Hawaiian culture, everything is about family. And the couple was adamant about having their families involved. The father of the bride made all of the illustrations and paper details, aunties danced hula and weaved handmade leis, prepared hundreds of Jell-O shots, and of course the bride’s Aunt baked 40 of her favorite pies…Chocolate Haupia.

Jade loves fashion and works in a creative field, so style and detail were priority. Guests were given an attire brief: Colorful Cocktail Chic…They nailed it. Each bridesmaids brought something unique yet equally important into the brides life, so to celebrate their individual style, they each wore a distinctive lei.

While the couple wanted all the usual things at their wedding, they also wanted it to feel like authentically ‘them’ at every turn- Ono grinds, color and cocktails, wild but chic. And above all else…wanted guests to feel a real Aloha Spirit.
